a filling food for children. a nutritious delight. a dainty flower, star or heart shape cup cake will definitely put a smile on the face of our little ones.
- Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees. keep the dainty flower, heart, star moulds ready and grease them or line it with paper cups or use silicon moulds.
- In a deep bowl combine all the wet ingredients and beat well. Sieve all the dry ingredients together and fold it gradually into the wet ingredients.
- Make a batter of semi thick dropping consistency using water. Fill half of the cup cakes with the batter, garnish it with almonds and strawberries and bake it in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Cool and unmould.
- Pack it in a tiffin with some honey as a dip for this cup cake.
