1 tbsp. hari patti,1 tbsp. mava (ricota cheese),1 tbsp. fresh coconut (grated),1 tbsp. sugar,1 tbsp. cherry pieces,1 tbsp. mixed-dry fruits,2 tbsp. calcutti fennel seeds,1 tbsp. betel nut,1/4-cup dhania dal,1/2 tbsp dried rose petals,1 grams saffron, cardomom powder 1/2 tbsp
- Roast the fennel seeds with a tspn of salt water. grind dhania dal and fennel seeds to small granules.finely chop the cherry pieces chop the mix-dry fruits into small pieces. crush the rose petals. mix all the ingredients other than cardomom powder. add the cardomom powder and mix well before serving.
