Method

  1. Grind the poha to rava consistency & soak in 2 cups of water to soften.
  2. Make a paste of onions,tomatoes,green chillies, ginger & garlic.
  3. Fry & powder cardamom & cloves
  4. Heat oil in a vessel,.add ground paste & fry till oil separates.
  5. Add ghee, poha & salt.
  6. Mix well, add sprouted gram & cook for 5 mts.
  7. remove from fire, add groundnut powder,coconut,finely chopped coriander & curry leaves.
  8. Mix well , adding powdered spices.
  9. Serve hot with papads.
