a healthy and satvik snack.
- Combine the lemon juice, salt and sugar and mix well.
- Add the paneer, mix well and keep aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pan, add all the ingredients and 1/4 cup water, mix well and cook for 2 minutes or till the water almost evoporates.
- Cover an keep aside.
- Place the paneer pieces on the plate, spread the dal mixture and spread evenly
- Serve immediately.
