    Method
  1. Combine the lemon juice, salt and sugar and mix well.
  2. Add the paneer, mix well and keep aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan, add all the ingredients and 1/4 cup water, mix well and cook for 2 minutes or till the water almost evoporates.
  4. Cover an keep aside.
  5. Place the paneer pieces on the plate, spread the dal mixture and spread evenly
  6. Serve immediately.
