Moong Palak Dal recipe - How to make Moong Palak Dal

palak - 6 sticks
moong dal - 1 bowl salt to taste
haldi powder-1/4 tea spoon
ghee- 1 tb. spoon
jeera-1/4 tea spoon
red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon
hing - 1/4 tae spoon
- Finely chopp palak.
- Wash dal and soak.
- Take pressure cooker. put dal and palak in cooker.
- Mix salt and haldi powder.
- Put on fire and just after one whistle .put off fire.
- After cooling add chawk.
- For chawk, put ghee in a pan and on hitting add hing,jeera,chilli powder.
- Ready to serve.
