  1. Soak the moongdal for 3-4 hours
  2. Then grind it in mixture,not smooth but like dalwada
  3. Add chillie and ginger paste
  4. Add salt and hing
  5. Put a glass of water in tapeli and let it boil
  6. Then on the back side of plate spread like pudla
  7. And keep the plate such that pudla faces the water
  8. Just keep for 2-3 minutes and it is ready
