Moong Dal Payasam recipe - How to make Moong Dal Payasam

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 3 to 4 servings

  1. Boil moong dal adding sufficient water and when cooked, add the jaggery and mix well.
  2. Bring to boil for 3-6 minutes and add the coconut milk and mix well for 2 minutes.
  3. Garnish with cardamom powder,cashews and coconut and add saffron strands.
  4. Serve hot.
