This is very simple recipe,easy to make and light on stomach. Again this recipe is of godavari regeion of andhra pradesh.

Moong Dal Chutney recipe - How to make Moong Dal Chutney

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 2 to 4 servings

  1. Clean and wash the moong dal and soak it for 15 minutes.
  2. Then add salt, asafoetida, green chillies and blend in a mixer to a paste with lemon juice and little water (if required).
  3. Add oil and mix well.
  4. Serve as required.
