Every bite of delicious Moong chaat is sure to tingle your taste buds and also fill you up with the goodness of moong sprouts. A crunchy and protein rich salad recipe, moong salad makes every meal a healthy one!
- mix sprouted moong beans with chopped onions, chopped capsicum, chopped tomatoes and chopped green chilies.
- Refrigerate for half an hour.
- Make a dressing by mixing lime juice, chaat masala and salt.
- Mix dressing with sprouted moong and vegetables at the time of serving
