A delicious corn based recipe!
- Grate all the corn cobs and transfer in a bowl.
- Add the milk, mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add more milk if required since some corn require more milk. Toast bread.
- Spread 2-3 tbsp corn mix on the toast.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper as per taste.
- Garnish with cheese and serve hot.
