Moong curd salad is very tasty, healthy and also easy to make. You can have it as starter as well as meal. The moong or bean sprouts and curd will provide proteins and cucumber and tomatoes will fill up your stomach. A low cal protein rich bean salad recipe at tarladalal.com
- Boil moong and put haldi and chat masala
- Drain the water
- Beat the curd and put moong in it
- Put chilli powder,salt
- Chop coriander and curryleaves and serve cold
