Method

  1. Boil potatoes, peel and cut into pieces.
  2. Heat oil, add shahjeera, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon stick and bay leaves. fry for a min.
  3. Add onions and fry until brown.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and fry.
  5. Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
  6. Add peas, beans and carrots and cook with little water until they become soft.
  7. Add paste 1 and fry until coconut is cooked.
  8. Lower heat and add paste 2. add water and simmer for 2 mins.
  9. Add potato pieces and mix well.
  10. Add paste 3.
  11. Stir for another 2 mins. remove and serve with roti, biryani or white rice.
