Ingredients
3/4 cup finely chopped and boiled mixed vegetables
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 tbsp plain flour (maida)
3 cups brown stock
salt and to taste
Method
    Method
  1. Heat the butter in a deep non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the vegetables and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the plain flour, brown stock, salt and pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve hot.
