- 1. peel (where required) and chop separately, all vegetables into big chunks.
- 2. combine potato, beans, babycorn, banana, carrot.
- 3. boil them in salted water till tender but not mushy.
- 4. drain, hold under running water in a colander and keep aside.
- 5. heat oil, add onion and capsicum, stir till tender.
- 6. add chillies, tomatoes, vinegar, soyasauce, salt, sugar.
- 7. stir and cook for a minute. add boiled veggies.
- 8. stir and sprinkle flour all over. toss.
- 9. transfer to a casserole, sprinkle cheese.
- 10. toss lightly to let some cheese into vegetable.
- 11. bake in a hot oven till the vegetables sizzle.
- 12. serve hot with garlic buns or warm bread.
