Method

  1. Grate the reddish and carrots
  2. Cut the tommato, onion, spring onion , cabbage into small pieces
  3. Mix all the vegetables and add tamarind pulp and salt ,sugar
  4. Heat the oil and add musterd seeds , and cumin seeds . let the oil cool down ,mix with vegetables
  5. Now garnish with chopped coriender and paneer
