Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 2 glasses

1 1/2 cups watermelon (tarbuj) cubes
1 cup muskmelon cubes , cut into 1" cubes
1 cup honeydew melon , cut into 1" cubes
1/8 cup fresh mint leaves (phudina)
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger (adrak)
1/2 cup low fat curds (dahi)

For The Garnish
fresh mint sprigs

  1. Combine all the ingredienst except the curd and blend to a smooth puree.
  2. Add the curd and mix well.
  3. Serve chilled garnished with mint sprigs.
