Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl,add enough water and knead into medium stiff dough.
  2. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes and make small lemon sized balls and roll them into 2 to 3" puris.
  3. Heat the oil into kadhai and deep fry the puris until light brown in colour.
  4. Serve hot with any chutney,pickle or ketchup.
