Makes 4 servings
- Wash the dals and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai, drop spoonfuls of the batter in hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- Serve with chutney.
