1 CUP WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
1/2 CUP RAWA OR SEMOLINA
1/2 CUP BESAN FLOUR salt to taste
RED CHILLIES PINCH2 green chillies
ROASTED & GRINDED JEERA
SLIGHTLY CHOPPED ONION 1
11/2 TOMATOES CHOPPED
SLIGHTLY CHOPPED CAPSICUM 1
4 TEASPOON SOUR YOGHURT
- Mixed all the ingriedients well except oil. make batter with thin consistency.keep the batter for 10 minutes. put the nonstick pan on knob.put some oil on hot nonstick pan.fry from one side, afterwards on another side. serve with green coriander chutney or tomato sauce.
