Mixed fruit jam is a sweet bright colored delicious jam recipe with mixed fruits and added natural colours and additives. The mixed fruit jam is a lip smacking and healthy bread spread and can also be enjoyed as filling in Swiss rolls or topping for cakes, puddings and ice creams.
- Boil grapes/make pulp.
- Now rest of the fruits peeled,deseeded and made into pulp seperately.
- Mix sugar/ both and put it on stove .keep stirring till thickness.
- Add citric acid,ginger juice,sodium and fruit essence(pineapple,grape)
- Mix well and pour immediately in clean bottles .
