Mix Dal Fry recipe - How to make Mix Dal Fry

  1. Soak the dals in enough water for 2 hours.
  2. Drain and blend in a mixer along with green chillies to a coarse paste. Keep aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a kadhai and add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds and urad dal.
  4. When the seeds crackle, add the garlic, onions and tomatoes, mix well and saute for few minutes.
  5. Add the ground dal and little water, mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
