Minty Lime Leaf Sherbet recipe - How to make Minty Lime Leaf Sherbet

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 serving

8 to 10 lemongrass (hare chai ki patti) leaves
4 to 5 mint leaves (phudina)
1 tsp ginger (adrak) juice
3 tbsp sugar
chilled water
crushed ice
rock salt to taste
roasted cumin powder
  1. Take the lime and mint leaves and crush them coarsely in a mortar and pestle.
  2. Transfer into a bowl, add water, ginger juice, sugar, rock salt and cumin powder.
  3. Pour in a tall glass and top with crushed ice.
