As the name suggests it is a smoothie made from kiwifruit with the combination of honey dew melon and english cucumber. This smoothie is also full of fiber, potassium and vitamin C.

Minty Kiwifruit Cucumber Smoothie recipe - How to make Minty Kiwifruit Cucumber Smoothie

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 glasses

6 green kiwi fruits
1 cup chopped honeydew melon
2 cups curds (dahi)
6 to 7 mint leaves (phudina)
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1 tsp lemon juice
6 tsp powdered sugar
1 cup crushed ice
  1. Slice kiwifruit into halves and scoop out the fruit.
  2. Combine the melon, curd, cucumber, sugar, mint leaves, and lemon juice and b;end in a mixer till smooth.
  3. Add the ice and blend again till smooth and slushy.
  4. Add the scooped kiwifruits and blend again, taking care not to crush the seeds.
  5. Pour into individual serving glasses.
  6. Serve immediately.
