Grapefruit, the wonder fruit, now comes to your table in an exciting, minty form!
Well-balanced proportions of grapefruit and fresh orange juice are sweetened mildly and perked up with mint leaves to make a tongue-tingling Minty Citrus Punch.
This is a sour and tangy drink, but have it chilled and your taste buds will thank you for the exotic and refreshing treat!
Choose really fresh mint leaves to get a sparkling flavour. Wilting leaves will leave a bad aftertaste.
- Combine the orange juice and grapefruit in a mixer and blend.
- Strain the mixture using a strainer.
- Transfer the punch into a deep bowl, add the mint leaves and sugar and mix well.
- Refrigerate for atleast 30 minutes and serve chilled.
