A mint and coriander flavoured chutney which is great for sandwich spreads. Lemon juice enhances the flavours of mint and coriander and prevents discoloration of the greens. Green chutney is probably the most favourite Indian accompaniment. Chilas tikkis, dhoklas etc. are considered incomplete without this chutney.

Preparation Time :    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 1 cup. (approx. 14 tablespoons). (14 tbsp )

    Main Procedure
  1. Combine all the ingredients and grind to a smooth paste in a blender using very little water.
  2. Refrigerate and use as required.

Very different recipe... More mint as compared to the coriander and addition of onions too... Liked this chutney...pairs well with any kind of tikki, pancake, kebab or other Indian deep-fried snacks.
