A delicious chilling refresher! Mint has a strong and refreshing aroma and has a lot of health benefits. It is very effective in beating nausea, headache, cough etc. and also promotes digestion.Make a concentrate of this healthy, refreshing combination of mint and lemon juice and enjoy a cool summer drink anytime.
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth paste.
- Strain the mixture.
- Take ¼ amount of the strained mint juice and add ¾ amount of water and mix well.
- Serve chilled with ice.
