A very healthy low calorie milk preparation which contains lots of vitamin A and calcium.
- Heat the oil in a pan add mustard curry leaves haldi onions and chillies.
- Saute till it becomes soft and transparent.add milk and salt when it comes to boiling consistency go on adding channa atta little by little so that you can avoid the formation of lumps.
- When it boils and gets semi solid consistency add chopped corrienda and a dash of ghee to enhance the taste.
