  1. Heat oil in a kadhai and add cumin seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the red chilies and saute for few seconds.
  3. Add the ginger and onions and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the red chili powder, turmeric powder and capsicum pieces and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Add the paneer pieces and toss gently.
  6. Add the salt, vinegar, tomato pieces, garam masala, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot,garnished with coriander.
