  1. Combine all the ingredients together except the oil in a bowl and mix well, adding 1 cup water.
  2. Spray microwave safe baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and pour the mixture in it.
  3. Microwave it for 3 minutes and then again for 3-4 minutes. Remove dish from microwave and let it cool.
  4. Then cut it into squares.
  5. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry till they turn golden brown in colour and serve hot.
