A simple and tasty microwave recipe - methi paneer with the paneer cubes cooked with chopped methi or fenugreek leaves, onions, tomatoes and select spice powders. A dry vegetable recipe, methi paneer is best relished with parathas.

Method
  1. Put the oil and whole red chillies in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the fenugreek puree, tomato puree, salt, sugar, garam masala and coriander powder, mix well and cover and microwave on high for 10 minutes, stirring once.
  3. Add the paneer and microwave at 70% for 8 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
