Micro carrot halwa is a quick way of preparing the popular dessert recipe, the carrot or gajar ka halwa. The grated carrots, ghee, sugar and condensed milk are placed in a microwave and then cooked till dry. Relish garnished with almond slivers.
- Put the carrots in a microwave safe bowl, cover with a microwave safe lid and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except cardamom powder, mix well and microwave on high for 10 minutes, stirring after every 4 minutes.
- Sprinkle the cardamom powder on top.
- Serve hot.
