Mexican salad is a tossed over salad recipe which is low in fat and calories and high in authentic Mexican flavours. Pair the mixed vegetables with salsa sauce, herbs and select seasonings and you have a delicious platter of Mexican salad. Enjoy as a meal with with hot soup and breads of choice.

  1. Boil the macroni & keep it aside to drain
  2. Take mayonaisse in a cup add 2 tbsp of water & add sugar, stir it till the sugar melts & forms in a paste. mix all the vegetables, macroni, addd salt to taste, sprinkle black pepper powder & add the mayonaisse paste & mix well.
  3. Chill it in a fridge & serve.
