Methyam kadabu recipe - How to make Methyam kadabu
Cooking Time: Total Time:
- 1. take a wheat flour in a pan and make a dough with little oil (like how we make for rotis)
- 2. take small portions and make like coins (just flatten the dough and keep in a plate it may stick each coins for that just sprinkle little wheat flour )
- 3. take sufficent water and bring it to a boil when it starts boiling just add the wheat coins in the hot water and just cook for 5-8 mins and pour this to strainer so that all the water should go
- 4.take a kadai add oil mustard then garlic cut into small tiny pices and fry till brown and add methi leaves and fry again add the boiled coins , add termeric pdr, chilli pdr and garam masala pdr and again cook for 10mins in a low flame .
- Serve hot
