Methyam kadabu recipe - How to make Methyam kadabu

wheat flour 1/4 kilo
methi leaves 1 bunch
2 pods of garli
mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
chilli powder according to taste
garam masala 1/2 spoon

  1. 1. take a wheat flour in a pan and make a dough with little oil (like how we make for rotis)
  2. 2. take small portions and make like coins (just flatten the dough and keep in a plate it may stick each coins for that just sprinkle little wheat flour )
  3. 3. take sufficent water and bring it to a boil when it starts boiling just add the wheat coins in the hot water and just cook for 5-8 mins and pour this to strainer so that all the water should go
  4. 4.take a kadai add oil mustard then garlic cut into small tiny pices and fry till brown and add methi leaves and fry again add the boiled coins , add termeric pdr, chilli pdr and garam masala pdr and again cook for 10mins in a low flame .
  5. Serve hot
