Ingredients

Fenugreek seeds (methi dana) 50 gms
Grated Ginger 30 gms
Grated Amla 3 pieces
Lemon juice 6 table spoon
Salt 1 tea spoon
Method


  1. Wash the methi seeds
  2. Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl
  3. Pop and taste it is ready the salt
  4. Put the contents in a glass container and leave it sun for few days.
  5. Keep shaking it whenever you find time
  6. Once dry you can store it bring inside.
