Methi-mukhwas recipe - How to make Methi-mukhwas
Cooking Time: Total Time:
Fenugreek seeds (methi dana) 50 gms
Grated Ginger 30 gms
Grated Amla 3 pieces
Lemon juice 6 table spoon
Salt 1 tea spoon
- Wash the methi seeds
- Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl
- Pop and taste it is ready the salt
- Put the contents in a glass container and leave it sun for few days.
- Keep shaking it whenever you find time
- Once dry you can store it bring inside.
