Methi matar malai recipe - How to make Methi matar malai

150gms methi
1/2 cup cashews
2 tbsp malai
1/2 onion
half cup boiled peas
1 tomato
1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
i tbsp cumin seeds(jeera)
1 tbsp oil

  1. Grind tomato,cashews,onion together.
  2. Heat one tbsp oil in a frying pan.
  3. Add cumin seeds in it.
  4. Add methi in it and fry for 3-4 mins.
  5. Heat oil in kadai,add ginger garlic paste in it,
  6. Add the grinded mixture to it,
  7. Stir for sometime,
  8. Now add fried methi and boiled peas to it,
  9. Add some water if frequired,
  10. Add some spices according to taste..
  11. 1/1 tbsp garam masala,1/2 spoon salt,1/4 tbsp dhaniya powder,1/4spoon chilli powder.
  12. Stir for sometime
  13. Serve hot
