This dosa is very good for health. it is of great value. after the delivery of the baby women are given this dosa which gives lot of strength.
- Soak rice and methi together in the night or soak for 5 to 6 hours.
- Drain out excess water.
- Grind it to dosa consistency by adding little water.
- Lastly add salt and mix well.
- Make dosas and serve hot with coconut chutney and ghee.
