Methi Rice Dosa recipe - How to make Methi Rice Dosa

  1. Combine the urad dal and methi seeds and soak in enough water for 3 hours.
  2. Blend in a mixer till smooth and keep aside.
  3. Combine the streamed rice and raw rice and soak in enough water for 3 hours.
  4. Add the pepper, red chillies and salt and blend in a mixer till smooth. Keep aside.
  5. Combine the urad dal-methi and rice mixture in a deep bowl and mix well.
  6. Cover and keep aside to ferment for 6 to 8 hours.
  7. Add the salt and turmeric powder, mix well and pour a spoonful of batter on a hot tava and prepare mini dosas using little oil.
  8. Serve immediately.
