This is something unusual dish. and normally children refused to eat methi, but they love this dish.

Methi Marbles Pulav recipe - How to make Methi Marbles Pulav

Ingredients

For marbles
2 katori methi leaves
2 potatoes, boiled and mashed
4 green chillies
1/2 tbs spoon black pepper
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
For pulav
rice 2 katori
all normal spices for pulav (cumin seeds, black paper, cloves, cardmom)
2 tb spoon ghee
fried onion
Method

  1. For methi marbles
  2. 1. cut methi leaves. mix all the ingredients. make small balls and deep fry it.
  3. 2. now mix the pulav and balls by putting layers. garnish with fried onion and coriander.
  4. For pulav
  5. 1. pour ghee in a vessel. add all the spices. add rice and stir fry.
  6. 2. add double quantity boiled water in it. keep it till rice cooked fully (apprx 15 minutes).
