Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 8 muthias

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a soft dough using a little water.
  2. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions, shape into 8 equal portions and roll them into small circles of 5" diameter.
  3. Place them on a greased baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 7 to 8 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
