Mesur Pak recipe - How to make Mesur Pak

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 12 to 15 pieces

4 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp besan (bengal gram flour)
2 tbsp sugar
  1. In a bowl combine the ghee and besan and mix well and keep aside.
  2. Combine the sugar and 1 tbsp water in a small pan and bring to boil till the sugar melts.
  3. Add the ghee-besan mixture and stir continuously.
  4. When the mixture starts changing colour to light brown and also starts leaving ghee.
  5. Transfer the mixture in a greased tray and cut it into pieces with the help of knife immediately after setting.
  6. Serve after it sets to a room temperature.
