Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 glasses

3/4 cup low-fat fresh curds (dahi)
2 tbsp low-fat milk (99.7% fat-free )
1 cup chilled and deseeded watermelon (tarbuj) cubes
2 cups chilled muskmelon (kharbooja) cubes
  1. Combine all the ingredients and in a mixer and blend till smooth.
  2. Pour equal quantities of the drink in each glass and serve immediately.

Tempting colour and so is the long lasting flavour of this drink... Without the use of sugar and making use of only fresh fruits and curds, this recipe is on my hit list. I have tried umpteen recipes from your site and will try many more....
