- Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth and creamy.
- Serve chilled
- Bottled ginger juice is available in most health-food stores and gourmet markets or you can prepare the same on your own by squeezing chopped fresh ginger through a garlic press or piece of cheesecloth.
