Melon Herb recipe - How to make Melon Herb

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     2Makes 1 to 2 serving

Ingredients
2 cups watermelon pieces
4 mint leaves (phudina)
4 basil leaves
2 lemon balm leaves
a small piece of ginger (adrak)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1 tsp chaat masala (optional)
salt to taste
Method
    Method
  1. Blend Watermelon pieces to make juice.
  2. Slightly crush all the herbs, Chaat Masala, honey, lemon juice and salt together.
  3. Add it to juice and refrigerate the drink.
  4. Sieve this chilled mixture just before serving to get rid of seeds and pieces of herbs. Garnish with melon balls, lemon peel spiral and mint leaves.
