- Blend Watermelon pieces to make juice.
- Slightly crush all the herbs, Chaat Masala, honey, lemon juice and salt together.
- Add it to juice and refrigerate the drink.
- Sieve this chilled mixture just before serving to get rid of seeds and pieces of herbs. Garnish with melon balls, lemon peel spiral and mint leaves.
