Discover the secret of preparing the perfect sweet or meethi bread by soaking the breads in milk and then roasting them lightly with ghee. An excellent breakfast recipe, especially for children.
- Dissolve the sugar in milk at room temperature.
- Add a pinch of ilaichi powder.
- Take a non-stick tava heat it.
- Put some ghee on tava.
- Immerse the slice in milk.
- Roast the slices lightly from both the sides.
- Serve hot.
