If u keep more oil ,then it can last till 1 yr.oil must be above mangoes,as in achar.
also u can add cumin seeds in it

2 Raw Mango cut in square shape.
2 tbsp oil
meethi seeds-1/4 tbs
jaggery -2 cubes(depends on how sweet one needs)
mustard seeds 1/4 seeds
red chilli pwd- 1tbs
haldi -1/4 tbs

  1. Take a pan and put oil in it
  2. When hot add meethi seeds and rai .
  3. When cracked, make flame low and add haldi,red chilli pwd, raw mango,and jageery.
  4. Cook for 5-10 mind or till mngo are soft..
  5. Enjoy with roti or as chutney..
