A sweet and spicy Meetha Achaar recipe which comes straight from the grandmas' closet of pickle recipes. The mango based sweet pickle or achaar is best enjoyed with parathas or puris.
- Peel the mangoes and grate them.
- Put grated mangoes and all the ingredients in a pressure cooker and cook to blow a whistle.
- Cool it and store it in jar.
