Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney or just plain. Without corn flour they can be eaten for upwas also.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to make a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into 15 equal portions and shape into very flat cutlets.
- Heat the oil in a pan and cook each cutlet till they golden brown from both the sides.
- Serve hot.
