  1. Boil the matooke with the skin.
  2. Peel the skin and mash the bananas.
  3. Keep it on a side.
  4. Chop the onions finely. chop the tomatoes finely.
  5. Crush the garlic ginger and chillies together. ground the peanuts finely.
  6. Take ghee in a pan and stir fry the onion.
  7. After a little while add the tomatoes and the ginger garlic and chilli paste.
  8. Stir for 2 minutes and add the peanut powder.
  9. Add water to make a gravy.
  10. Bring it to boil than add sal and turmeric powder.
  11. Add the mashed green bananas and stir leave to cook for 7 minutes on medium heat stirring occasionally.
  12. Take it out in serving bowl and serve hot.
