  1. Heat the ghee in a deep pan, add the green peas paste and saute for 5 minutes.
  2. Keep aside.
  3. Boil the milk in another deep pan and to the peas, mix well and boil together for 15-20 minutes or till the milk reduces to half.
  4. Add the sugar,cardamom powder,raisins,and pistachios, mix well and cook for 10 minutes on slow flame, while stirring continuously.
  5. Serve hot or chilled.
