A scrumptious paratha recipe. . . Stuffed with green peas.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll out each portion into a circle of 4" diameter.
- Apply a little oil, fold and roll again into a circle of 6" diameter.
- Heat a tava and cook each paratha, using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
- Serve hot.
